What We Supply
Standard Heat Shrink Tubing
Single wall polyolefin tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio for general purpose insulation, bundling, colour coding and mechanical protection. Suitable for use across a wide range of voltages and temperatures, with excellent flexibility and chemical resistance.
Dual Wall Adhesive-Lined Tubing
Dual wall construction with an inner layer of thermoplastic adhesive that melts on recovery to form a fully sealed, waterproof and environmentally resistant barrier. Ideal for outdoor, marine and subsea applications where moisture ingress must be prevented.
High Performance & Mil-Spec Tubing
PVDF, PTFE and cross-linked polyolefin tubing approved to AS23053 and MIL-DTL-23053 for aerospace and defence applications. Offers superior resistance to fuels, hydraulic fluids, solvents and extreme temperatures, with products listed on the NAVAIR QPL.
Semi-Rigid & Flexible Tubing
Semi-rigid and highly flexible elastomer constructions for applications where post-recovery flexibility or structural support is required. Available in PTFE, FEP and elastomeric materials, suitable for high cycle and dynamic environments including motorsport and robotics.
The Right Ratio for

The most common ratio for general purpose insulation and bundling. Tubing shrinks to half its supplied diameter — ideal for straightforward wire and cable protection tasks.
Provides greater flexibility in sizing, allowing a single tubing size to cover a wider range of component diameters. Widely used in aerospace harness manufacture and connector backshell sealing.
Maximum recovery for covering irregular or stepped profiles, large connectors and transition joints. Often dual wall adhesive-lined for fully sealed assemblies in harsh environments.
